The Silver Sponsorships will cover the meal costs for Veterans and children under 4 attending the event. Veterans and children under 4 will eat for free and can have their pictures taken with Santa for free (Digital copies will be emailed within 2 weeks of the end of the event). Other attendees are charged $10 for entry (including pictures with Santa, and their meal).

Gold Sponsors will be allowed a vendor space at the venue at no charge. Each Gold Sponsor will receive up to 2 meal tickets for those servicing the vendor space. Platinum Sponsors will be placed in a more prioritized location for their vendor space, and afforded up to 4 meal tickets for those servicing the vendor space. Event Sponsor(s) will be allowed a vendor space located next to the registration table, and afforded up to 4 meal tickets for those servicing the vendor space. Contributors of products for auction items valued at over $500 will be allowed a vendor space at the venue at no charge, and will receive up to 2 meal tickets for those servicing the vendor space.

All sponsor spaces are open for each of the event times. Each sponsor is asked to check-in to set up their vendor tables 1 hour prior to the start of the first time slow, and will be asked to take down their space within 1 hour after the conclusion of the final time slot.

Silver and Gold Sponsors will have their name or logo listed in the event sponsors area of the Veteran Service Dogs website with a link back to their website. This page will remain active on the website for no less than 6 months.

Platinum and Event Sponsors will have their name or logo listed in the event sponsors area of the Veteran Service Dogs website with a link back to their website. This page will remain active on the website for no less than 6 months. Additionally, they will be thanked publicly on the Veteran Service Dogs Facebook and Instagram pages with a link back to their website or social media page.

Sponsors contributing products for the raffles will have their name and logo displayed along with the products donated at the event. As the raffle tickets are drawn and winners announced, the donor of the item(s) will be thanked for their contribution.
